Buzzpia Corporation (hereinafter referred to as "we", the "Company" or "Buzzpia") is committed to protecting your rights and interests by establishing this Privacy Policy ("Privacy Policy") in accordance with relevant laws and regulations and is in compliance with personal information related laws and regulations applicable to information communication service providers, including the Protection of Communications Secrets Act, the Telecommunications Business Act, the Act on the Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc. and the Personal Information Protection Act, etc.
In principle, this Privacy Policy will apply to all services provided by Buzzpia. Also, this Privacy Policy will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.
1. Items of Personal Information Subject to Collection and Methods of Collection
A. Items of personal information that we collect

First, we collect the minimum quantity of personal information from our users.
- Required items: Name, E-mail address, password, country, and profile picture.

Second, any of the following information may be generated and collected during your use of our services or the process of handling business matters of Buzzpia.
- Cookies, My page address, date of use, service usage data, device identification data, application installation and usage data and unauthorized usage data.

B. How we collect your personal information

We collect your personal information by using the following methods
- Automatic collection when you launch our mobile application or use our services
- Collection of information that you voluntarily submit when registering for our services or during your use of our services.
2. Purpose of Collecting and Using Personal Information
A. Your personal information is used to provide you with a variety of services of the Company as well as to address any user inquiries or complaints and to provide notices to you.
B. Your personal information is used to identify users registering as members and confirm membership registration, to prevent illegal or unauthorized use of our services by delinquent members (users that are in violation of our Terms of Service), and to preserve records for future dispute resolutions.
C. Your personal information is used to provide marketing and advertising services such as providing you with new products or services or providing the opportunity to participate in events.
D. Your personal information is used to analyze the frequency of your visits and other service related statistics to improve our services for a better user experience or provide services customized to your likes and preferences.
3. Delegation and Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties
In principle, we will only use your personal information within the scope specified in Section 2 (Purpose of Collecting and Using Personal Information) above and will not use your personal information for any other purpose that exceeds such scope or provide your personal information to third parties without your consent except in the following cases:

B. When it is required to provide you with a variety of our services and it is substantially difficult to obtain your consent due to economical or technical reasons

4. Retention and Use Period of Personal Information
Generally, your personal information will be immediately destroyed when the purposes of collecting and using your personal information are achieved. However, the following personal information will be kept for the period and reasons set forth below.

In case we are required by law to preserve your personal information, we will retain your personal information for the period specified by law as follows.

- Basis for retaining records related to payment settlement and supply of goods: Act on the Consumer Protection in the Electronic Commerce Transactions, etc.

- Basis for retaining records related to consumer complaints and dispute settlements: Act on the Consumer Protection in the Electronic Commerce Transactions, etc
Retention period: 3 years
- Basis for retaining personal information regarding service usage (log-in records): Protection of Communications Secrets Act

5. Destruction of Personal Information
Generally, your personal information will be immediately destroyed when the purposes of collecting and using your personal information are achieved. The processes and methods used for destroying your personal information are as follows:
A. Destruction Process
- After the purposes of collecting and using the Information that you enter when registering as a member, etc. will be transferred to a separate database (or, a separate filing cabinet, in the case of written documents) and destroyed after being retained for the specified period of time as required under our internal policy and applicable laws (please refer to Section 4 (Retention and Use Period of Personal Information)).
- However, except in the case as may be required by law, such retained personal information will not be used for any other purpose.

B. Method of Destruction
- Personal information retained in written form will be destroyed by a document shredder or by incineration.
- Personal information retained in electronic form will be deleted so that it may not be retrieved by any technical means.
6. You and Your Legal Representative's Rights
- You may always review, correct, update or change your personal information that have been provided to us and also request to withdraw from being a member of our services.
- You may correct, update or change your personal information by clicking on the "Settings" menu within our services, or withdraw as a member of our services (or withdraw your consent) by clicking on the "Withdraw from Services" button within our services.
- You may also contact the chief manager in charge of handling personal information by telephone or email to review, correct, update or change your personal information without delay.
- If you request for the correction of an error in your personal information, we will not use or provide your personal information to a third party until such correction is completed. Further, if such personal information has already been provided to a third party, we will contact the third party to make the necessary changes without any delay.
- Any personal information for which you requested to be deleted will be handled in accordance with Section 4 (Retention and Use Period of Personal Information) of this Privacy Policy and will not be used or accessed for any other purpose.
7. Installation, Use and Refusal of Automated Device for the Collection of Personal Information
We use cookies to provide you with faster and more convenient services and customized services.

A. Purpose for Using Cookies
We use cookies to provide you with a faster web environment support by saving your preferred settings, to improve our services for a better user experience. Through such support, you will be able to use our services more conveniently. 8. Technical and Administrative Measures for the Protection of Personal Information
In handling your personal information, we actively implement technical and administrative measures such as those set forth below to safely secure your personal information and to prevent any loss, theft and unauthorized disclosure of or alteration or damage to your personal information.

A. Password Encryption
Your password is stored and managed in an encrypted form so that it will only be known by you. Your personal information may be changed or reviewed by entering your password.

B. Protective Measures against Hacking, etc.
We undertake all necessary measures to prevent the unauthorized disclosure of or damages to your personal information from hacking, computer viruses, etc. We employ measures designed to protect your personal information from unauthorized access such as regularly storing backup data in preparation against data damage, using up-to-date vaccine programs to prevent unauthorized disclosure of your personal information and utilizing encrypted communication networks. We also utilize firewall systems and other forms of security to prevent unauthorized access and strive to implement all available technical equipment to secure our systems.

C. Limited Number of Employees Handling Personnel Information and Employee Training
We limit those employees in charge of handling personal information to access and handle your personal information by assigning such employees with a unique password that is renewed on a regular basis as well as always stressing our employees to comply with this Privacy Policy through regular employee training.

D. Operation of Personal Information Protection Unit
We operate a personal information protection unit which oversees the compliance of this Privacy Policy by us and our chief managers in charge of handling personal information. In case of any issues are discovered, we strive to take necessary actions to immediately resolve such issues. However, we will not be held responsible for the unauthorized disclosure of your personal information which is caused by your negligence or a cause other than our willful misconduct or gross negligence.
9. Storage and Overseas Transfer of Data
Your stored personal information will not be transferred overseas without your consent. However, if we believe that it is necessary to transfer your personal information overseas, we will always notify you of such transfer and obtain your consent in advance pursuant to applicable laws and regulations. Additionally, we will comply with any protective measures as may be required by law and international conventions and cooperate with the relevant regulatory agency including the local data protection agencies.

11. Duty to Notify
From time to time, we may supplement, delete or revise this Privacy Policy. In that event, we will inform you by posting the revised Privacy Policy on our website (http://www.buzzpia.com) or the notice board within our Homepack Buzz services at least seven (7) days prior to its effective date.
